Nicolas Bidon is the global CEO of Xaxis, responsible for the overall company strategy and P&L across 47 markets in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East and Africa.
Nicolas has been working at the intersection of data, media and technology for more than 20 years with tenures in San Francisco, London and Switzerland and is passionate about helping global brands leverage cutting-edge technology to achieve the desired outcomes from their digital media investments.
David J. Moore is Chairman of Xaxis and President of WPP Digital. In both roles, he seeks to accelerate Xaxis’ and WPP Digital’s growth worldwide.
Matt is CEO, North America at Xaxis. Xaxis services over 3,000 clients across 46 markets in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. As CEO, North America, Matt oversees strategy and operations across the U.S. and Canada with a focus on helping clients leverage data and technology to engage audiences at scale across all addressable media channels.
Arshan Saha is the President of Xaxis APAC. In his role, Arshan is responsible for Xaxis’ strategy, operations, and growth. These include client development, trading and partnerships, to providing the best programmatic media solutions across the region.
EMEA President, John Wittesaele leads Xaxis and the specialist companies — Triad Retail Media, Light Reaction, Bannerconnect and Plista — in 25 markets. He formulates strategy and oversees operations to deliver growth across the region.
Erick Castillo stands at the forefront of one of the fastest growing industries: programmatic audience buying. Erik has spent the last three years working relentlessly to launch, develop, and advance Xaxis in Latin America. He stands today as the president of Xaxis LATAM.
Laura joined Xaxis in February 2016 as Talent Director, EMEA. After 12 months, she moved into her current role, Global VP, Talent. Laura has almost 20 years of HR management experience gained across several industries, including retail, technology, professional services and advertising.
Before joining plista, Gagnon worked for PwC both in Canada and Germany. In his last role he served as Manager Strategy Consulting in Berlin advising tech companies on their international expansion. He also acted as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Canada China Business Council and brings many years of experience in various strategy and international business development roles at Bombardier Inc.
Mike is responsible for leading our product team and driving innovation globally. He brings over 17 years of industry experience in the consumer Internet and digital marketing industries. Mike was previously at Yahoo! in a global solutions role.
