As an Activation Executive, strives for driving and delivering excellence in campaign activation and supports on delivering key campaign management responsibilities to deliver our core promise to our clients: Business outcomes through programmatic media.

1) Activation Excellence & Delivery

  • Develop excellent campaign activation expertise and knowledge by supporting in the end-to-end campaign management lifecycle responsibilities for clients.
  • Contribute towards campaign set up activities including creative uploads, pixel set up and campaign build.
  • Support with the daily optimisation, reporting, performance analysis, issue identification and resolution of campaigns to meet client outcomes.
  • Own daily in-inflight reporting checks on performance and delivery to flag any issues or improvements.
  • Assist with the production and delivery of PCAs, end of campaign reports.
  • Own reconciliation process for suppliers (e.g. DSPs, tech partners).
  • Engage and assist with test and learn plans being developed by your team for clients to expand your programmatic expertise and to drive innovation for clients.
  • Grow your knowledge of the programmatic landscape, key industry trends, platforms and tech partners.
  • Develop your expertise in the activation of the Xaxis product suite by supporting and working on campaigns across product, verticals and clients.
  • Understand, engage and begin to contribute towards the Xaxis full end to end campaign management lifecycle, processes and best practices.
  • Build an understanding of how data, AI and analytics can advance campaign performance.
2) Process & Automation
  • Gain an understanding of the processes and best practices that are in place that help drive quality, efficiency and accuracy when managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
  • Gain an understanding of existing automation tools and how to effectively deploy them on campaigns.
3) Effective ways of working

  • Connect and work collaboratively with the wider team outside of Xaxis to gain an understanding how each of the different teams work together to deliver value for our clients.
