About the Role:

The Director, U.S. Influencer Marketing Strategy, is a pivotal position within the INCA organization and will report to the U.S. Lead, Influencer Marketing. You should be an experienced influencer marketer looking to build a growing strategy team into a powerhouse department within the organization.

 
Your Impact:

·       Develop influencer marketing strategies, social campaigns, and content concepts

·       Craft/write RFP responses

·       Liaise with agency and client leads

·       Source talent for influencer strategies and RFP responses

·       Demonstrated network across different verticals

·       Proactively identify trends, happenings, and relevant opportunities for brands

·       Work with the Activation team in-house to create compelling social content native to relevant platforms

·       Negotiate and execute paid partnerships with influencers and relevant partners

·       Work hand in hand with leadership on both the digital and account side to identify opportunities for brand as well as new biz opportunities

·       Understand integrated campaigns

Your Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media experience and familiarity with or interest in the overall digital/social media landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience
  • Familiarity with all social platforms, content requirements, and how they relate to business
  • Must be familiar with Influencer management platforms
  • Must have experience working with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Passion for Influencer Marketing as well as Social Media/Digital industries
  • Excellent client, team, and project management skills
  • Experience developing campaigns for fashion and consumer lifestyle brands
  • Functional knowledge of analytics and reporting
  • High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable problem solver and strong decision-making abilities
  • Experience developing content marketing strategies and overseeing content development specifically for social media platforms
  • Experience amplifying campaigns and content and building online marketing strategies

Natural storytelling – you are a born and enthusiastic creative storyteller with a deep understanding of influencer marketing – from crafting a strategy to building decks and presenting to clients and agencies. You will work collaboratively to inform creative storytelling, shaping our responses to briefs and new business strategies.

Data-Driven & Analytical - you are comfortable interpreting client briefs and interrogating market trends and data points from various sources to provide creative influencer solutions that often meet complex objectives. Comprehensive understanding of influencer data, benchmarks, and success metrics across multiple platforms and verticals. You have deep experience in paid and organic social media.

Demonstrable skills - you will have a proven track record of building and activating organic and paid influencer campaigns, have strong presentation skills, and have utilized a variety of influencer platforms.  You can identify client needs, shepherd clients, through the project intake process, and understand their goals. You have experience overseeing the success of multiple influencer marketing campaigns with solid project management skills, attention to detail, and a firm understanding of influencer campaign budgets (organic and paid strategies, SAG-AFTRA fees, etc.). Wide-range familiarity with content marketing best practices and social platform strategy.

Professionalism – have rigorous attention to detail, be well organized, project-manage, multi-task, and handle your own time effectively with the ability to work to deadlines. Understanding and effective use of critical business systems, research, and insight tools, with a POV on the social landscape.

Good communication – effective communication with colleagues to ensure successful teamwork and creative collaboration. Able to explain our product offering compellingly and creatively to agency colleagues and clients.

Presentation & Designpresentation skills (advanced PowerPoint and Excel) can creatively bring your ideas to life.

Tailoring our message to the audience to tell a conclusive story. Communicate clearly and be assertive with internal and external parties (knowing how and when to say "no")
