Manager, Audible Influencer Marketing Activation, INCAM

About the Role: 

The Manager, Audible Influencer Marketing Activation, is a pivotal position within the INCA organization and will report to the
US Lead, Influencer Marketing. A successful candidate has worked with influencers, agencies/brands, and talent of different styles and social tiers. You are fluent in social marketing best practices and know how to collaborate with internal and external partners. The candidate will have experience negotiating and managing multiple influencers, drafting contracts, proficiency in FTC guidelines, and working cross-functionally with team members to execute creative and compelling social media campaigns across various platforms.
 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of Audible’s Influencer activation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional campaign execution
  • Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, client scope of work documents, activation plans, timelines, budgets, and production schedules
  • Provide updates on program status and speak professionally to agency and client parties
  • Oversee campaign tracking, content results, and analytics in real-time, including screening of campaign analytics & daily monitoring of post activity with the Tracking Manager Lead
  • Review and oversee influencer content and ensure content creation is following all brand guidelines and legal requirements and working through revisions when necessary
  • Ongoing content monitoring to ensure Influencer content is in line with Audible standards and FTC regulations
  • Identify potential issues (incomplete posts, failure to adhere to requirements, etc.) and proactively resolve them as needed
  • Liaise with paid amplification team for boosting/whitelisting of influencer content
  • Ensure accurate and timely influencer payments
  • Coordinate with US Lead and Reporting Manager to produce client and agency campaign recaps, distilling data and analytics into an easy-to-understand format for brands and building out key learnings from the influencer campaigns to inform future strategies

Your Qualifications: 

  • 4-5 years of marketing experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media and familiarity with or interest in the overall digital/social media landscape
  • Must have a thorough understanding and interest in marketing on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, and more
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience working with influencers and their representation (agents/managers)
  • Experience drafting contracts with an understanding of legal terminology for influencer agreements
  • Familiarity with Influencer management platforms
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Passion for Influencer Marketing as well as Social Media/Digital industries
  • Excellent client, team, and project management skills
  • Functional knowledge of influencer analytics and reporting
  • High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable problem solver and strong decision-making abilities
  • Experience overseeing content development specifically for social media platforms

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
